Join Our Team:
We are in search of a remarkable engineering leader to spearhead the solar and storage power conversion and control engineering division at our R&D center.

Your Role:
As the leader of a distinguished team of power electronics engineers, you will guide product innovation in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the Solar/Storage power conversion and electrical engineering teams at our R&D Center.
- Oversee the comprehensive power conversion product development process from ideation to industrialization.
- Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the group and with external partners, including mechanical engineers, PCB designers, compliance teams, and supply chain.
- Organize and facilitate thorough and timely design reviews of schematics and PCB layouts.
- Lead advanced magnetics design, EMI/EMC strategies, and thermal management studies.
- Conduct DFMEAs, Design Margin Studies, and MTBF calculations.
- Collaborate closely with program management on project timelines and resource distribution.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating proactivity and decisiveness in a dynamic work setting.
- Recruit and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

Qualifications for Success:
- Over 8 years of managerial experience with a proven history in product development.
- More than 12 years of engineering experience with a focus on power electronics.
- Strong expertise in power conversion and controls, particularly in multi-level inverters, DAB/CLLC converters, vehicle power trains, and EV chargers.
- Proficient in both hardware and firmware development.
- Skilled in modeling and PCB design tools such as PLECS, Cadence, Ansys Q3D, and Maxwell.
- Up-to-date with the latest advancements in power electronics, including SiC/GaN power devices and power converter architectures.
- Familiarity with regulatory aspects of solar and storage is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in dynamic, multi-time zone work environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
