Job Summary

As a Director of National Accounts at Kaiser Permanente, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced sales and retention strategies for health insurance and workers' compensation accounts. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and maintaining a competitive position in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and retention strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Provide high-level guidance and oversight to team members on sales and renewals, including administration, negotiations, and presentations
  • Lead teams across functions and/or organizations to ensure seamless execution of sales and renewals
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure products and services meet customer needs and expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, brokers, and channel partners to drive sales and retention
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Accident and Sickness Insurance License (Georgia) within 3 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, account management, health plan administration, insurance, or a directly related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, account management, health plan administration, insurance, or a directly related field
