Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to advance the brand and demonstrate the impact of the Club experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of leading integrated marketing plans and producing high-quality execution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build productive professional relationships and manage through complex issues.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets while maintaining a commitment to high-quality, detail-oriented work.
  • Advanced capabilities of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment

The National Director of Partnership Marketing will work in a normal internal working environment, with approximately 20% travel required. The individual must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to navigate areas of the country using electronic direction methods.

The ability to carry out detailed and complex instructions, interact with coworkers and the public by telephone and in person, and perform a variety of duties to meet organizational needs is essential.

The physical requirements of the job include sight, hearing, sitting for four or more hours a day, standing for one to two hours a day, and stooping.
