The Position

The Port of Portland is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator II to join our Engineering team.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to provide administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering team
  • Coordinate projects and tasks
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
