Administrative Support Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist II to join our Philanthropy team at MaineHealth. As a key member of our Leadership Gifts Team, you will provide professional administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative support to the Leadership Gifts Team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and events.

* Develop and maintain professional relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

* Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to create presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.

* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve team processes and outcomes.

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role.

* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
