Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for the programs of the Center for Medically Fragile Children. The successful candidate will have strong computer, written and verbal communication skills, organization, and the ability to balance and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Center for Medically Fragile Children, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and conferences, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and sending reminders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 2 years of administrative support work experience.
  • College-level courses in business or a related field.
  • Experience with Kronos software.
