POSITION SUMMARY
The Employee Relations Specialist will oversee employee relations issues for St. Luke's Physician Group (SLPG), addressing both routine and complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement talent management and human resource strategies while executing programs, processes, and tools relevant to the practice areas.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on a wide array of human resource matters, including employee relations, performance management, and ensuring uniformity in goal setting, compensation strategies, and performance evaluation.
  • Facilitate employee relations initiatives by collaborating with management on corrective actions and follow-up procedures, which include conducting staff interviews, investigations, and documentation.
  • Engage in interactive processes with employees to assess ADA compliance and reasonable accommodations.
  • Draft necessary correspondence for employee investigations to ensure proper resolution.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and responses for EEOC claims and other legal matters.
  • Stay informed about current legal and regulatory standards related to employee management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance.

Additional Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Relations preferred
