Team Collaboration

This role requires on-site presence, and we are seeking individuals who share our commitment to excellence.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR email inbox, serving as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, administer pre-employment evaluations, and maintain organized candidate records.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by providing employment information and conducting necessary screenings for new hires.
  • Communicate essential candidate details to interview panels, including management and senior leadership.
  • Provide daily administrative assistance and contribute to various HR projects.
  • Compile weekly recruitment summaries to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - proficient in both spoken and written communication.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or relevant administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
