About the Role

Marsh LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our account team, you will play a critical role in driving new business and facilitating retention throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to improve client experiences and drive growth and retention.
  • Oversee the review and follow-up of endorsements, policy issuance, extensions, audits, and cancellations, escalating concerns to direct managers or client teams as needed.
  • Ensure the success of the renewal cycle by completing renewal protocols, gathering information, tracking quotes, and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on time.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth and retention.
  • Oversee the process of collecting, reviewing, updating, and communicating client information to the placement team for optimal program solutions and pricing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) License within three months of hire.
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
