Community Outreach Coordinator

Westerwood Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community relations team, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective community outreach strategies to promote Westerwood Senior Living's services and programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional referral sources, community organizations, and local businesses to generate referrals and drive sales.
  • Plan and execute events, including fundraising events, to engage with the community and promote Westerwood Senior Living's mission.
  • Represent Westerwood Senior Living at local events and conferences to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Westerwood Senior Living's services and programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and the community, ensuring a positive experience and promoting Westerwood Senior Living's reputation.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in community outreach, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and driven, with a strong commitment to excellence.
