Job Summary

JobRialto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Account Management Professional to join our team. As a Senior Customer Support and Account Representative Level 2, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to internal clients, building relationships, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage internal clients via both inbound and outbound phone calls to provide support and address their needs.
  • Act as initial and ongoing support during account opening and lifecycle of account, ensuring seamless transitions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide solutions that adhere to internal policies and procedures, while building relationships with internal clients and promoting a positive experience.
  • Address issues promptly and effectively, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and improve client satisfaction.
  • Maintain success in an evolving environment, adapting to changes and updates in policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the financial services or customer service industry.
  • Prefer a 4-year college degree and an interest in career development.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
