Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative - Senior to join our team at Nesco Resource. As a key member of our Brokerage Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling incoming phone calls, and resolving service inquiries related to Brokerage accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Meet key department performance metrics
- Provide functional support for Brokerage Cash Management products and services, Brokerage Online, and Mobile app
- Assist with general account or financial related inquiries
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Previous contact center experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change
