Your Role in Creating Value:

  • Act as a key player in the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, which include monthly closings, interim forecasts, and annual operating plans.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements for accuracy, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analyses for both business unit and corporate evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to ensure that necessary accruals and related entries are recorded by central accounting.
  • Compile a detailed monthly reporting package for senior management.
  • Maintain various financial models, including cash flow, overheads, headcount, and third-party label sales.
  • Create dashboard presentations utilizing diverse datasets to provide financial insights to executive management.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing financial analysis and reporting tools to drive efficiencies.
  • Support team leadership with ad-hoc analyses as requested by strategic partners and executive management.
What You Bring:
  • Experience in finance and accounting with increasing responsibilities is essential.
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with strong accounting knowledge; CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial applications; experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SAP, and BPC planning is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and abstract reasoning abilities, along with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.
