Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our account team. In this role, you will play a key role in conducting revenue and expense evaluations as well as analyzing business trends across various locations within our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist leadership in identifying budget discrepancies and collaborate with team members to implement necessary changes.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Support the creation of regular and ad-hoc reports, including internal documents, graphs, charts, and presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of efficient reporting strategies, focusing on automation and simplification while ensuring data integrity.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Master Services Agreement and any relevant amendments.
  • Track client billing activities and assist with vendor management and accounts payable.
  • Help calculate management and incentive fees as required.
  • Organize and maintain data collection, reporting, and communication for the team.
  • Participate in the development and distribution of best practices and process documentation.
  • Conduct day-to-day reporting and forecasting for assigned portfolios.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and forecast future outcomes.
  • Undertake special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis. Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.

Compensation

The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from $73,400.00 to $110,000.00 per year, inclusive of potential bonuses. This range is an estimate and may vary based on factors such as education, experience, and geographic location.
