**Job Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with our overall business objectives. Your primary goal will be to build out the framework for a high-performing customer success team by firstly acting in the role and using what you learn to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and scaling high-performing teams. You should also possess a bias for action and be obsessed with retention, expansion, and customer development. Additionally, you should have a proven ability to grow accounts by systematically finding ways to expand usership and/or build technical products into customer workflows.
