As an Executive Director of Market Impact, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in a designated market, focusing on strategic growth, volunteer engagement, and revenue generation. You will work closely with our national team to leverage resources, expertise, and partnerships to drive our mission forward.

A competitive salary of $150,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on your experience and location, is offered to successful candidates. In addition, you will enjoy a dynamic work environment that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leveraging data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive results.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovative partnerships and collaborations that advance our mission.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to develop their skills and expertise.
