The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director, Enterprise Partnerships to join our team and help drive business growth through strategic partnership development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing critical client relationships, developing and executing account strategies, and fostering strong relationships with senior client leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage high-value client relationships and drive business growth through strategic partnership development.
  2. Develop and execute account strategies to ensure alignment on goals, initiatives, and timelines across multiple teams and geographies.
  3. Foster strong relationships with senior client leadership, expand engagement across verticals, and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
  4. Lead recurring meetings with clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment on priorities.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owning all external communications and fostering trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives, resolve escalations, and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen partnerships, introducing new solutions and expanding revenue potential.
  • Analyze and report on key partnership metrics, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7-10+ years in account management, partnerships, or client success, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value client relationships.
  • Strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges creatively and efficiently.
