Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to lead our U.S. Navy Business Development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue
- Lead business development efforts for the U.S. Navy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Manage and optimize business development budgets and resources
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and present business cases and proposals to senior leadership
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a defense or government services industry
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a business development role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Secret clearance required
- 5+ years of experience in U.S. Navy business development
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Top Secret/SCI eligibility
