Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to lead our U.S. Navy Business Development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead business development efforts for the U.S. Navy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Manage and optimize business development budgets and resources
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and present business cases and proposals to senior leadership
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a defense or government services industry
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a business development role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Secret clearance required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in U.S. Navy business development
  • Advanced degree in a related field
  • Top Secret/SCI eligibility
