Account Representative

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Representative to join our team in the Hardlines category. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for recruiting and launching businesses within our Hardlines categories, building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, and executing sales strategies to secure deals that exceed output goals.

Key Responsibilities- Recruit and launch businesses within our Hardlines categories
- Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
- Execute sales strategies to secure deals that exceed output goals
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of assigned territories
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of sellers in your territory
- Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal team
- Prospect and close business to achieve quarterly quota targets
- Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and Amazon's products
- 1+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
- Preferred qualifications include experience with pipeline management skills and exceeding sales goals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $43,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $92,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
