Position Title: Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager

Role Summary: We are in search of a proactive and strategic Senior Manager for Partnerships, focusing on key verticals such as Technology, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Entertainment. This position calls for an experienced professional with a solid history of cultivating and managing successful partnerships within these sectors, driving revenue enhancement, and nurturing collaborative relationships that yield shared success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Vertical Partnership Strategy Formulation: Design and implement a customized partnership strategy for each vertical, aligning with the distinct business goals and priorities of Technology, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Entertainment.
  2. Partner Discovery and Assessment: Identify, assess, and rank potential partnership candidates within each vertical, taking into account strategic alignment, market potential, and revenue opportunities specific to the industry's characteristics.
  3. Negotiation and Relationship Management: Spearhead negotiations with prospective partners in each vertical to forge mutually advantageous partnership agreements. Oversee ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring goal alignment and effective collaboration on joint projects.
  4. Revenue Growth and Business Expansion: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create and implement tailored go-to-market strategies, sales support initiatives, and marketing campaigns for each vertical. Achieve or surpass revenue objectives set for partnership-driven projects within Technology, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Entertainment.
  5. Vertical-Specific Training and Support: Deliver specialized training and support to internal teams and partners within each vertical, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific challenges, trends, and opportunities.
  6. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of partnership initiatives within Technology, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Entertainment. Regularly monitor and report on partnership performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  7. Industry Insights and Opportunity Recognition: Remain informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within Technology, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Entertainment. Identify new partnership opportunities and drive continuous improvement of partnership programs tailored to each vertical.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration; a Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Over 10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the IT and networking sector, with a focus on Technology, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and/or Entertainment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing effective partnerships within specific verticals, driving revenue growth and exceeding performance targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • In-depth understanding of industry-specific challenges, trends, and opportunities within Technology, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Entertainment.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to develop and implement tailored partnership strategies that resonate with the unique dynamics of each vertical.
  • Results-driven focus on delivering measurable outcomes and return on investment from partnership initiatives within Technology, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Entertainment.
