About the role:
The Ladders is seeking a Vice President to spearhead our strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business development efforts. We are looking for an individual who excels in communication, strategic thinking, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve performance targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
