About the role:

The Ladders is seeking a Vice President to spearhead our strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business development efforts. We are looking for an individual who excels in communication, strategic thinking, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:

  • Pipeline Management:
    • Establish and oversee a comprehensive sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Relationship Building and Management:
    • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and industry organizations.
    • Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve performance targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry.
    • Analyze competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
