About the Job:
Sonoco, a leading global company in packaging solutions, is looking for a talented Strategic Account Manager to join their team. As a Strategic Account Manager, your primary role will be to coordinate activities for assigned accounts, focusing on price, product quality, service, and communication.

  • Leverages network of relationships to drive growth within strategic end-user relationships
  • Owning the customer relationship, managing business outcomes, and acting with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Develops relations with key personnel at assigned strategic accounts and becomes a trusted advisor to the customer
  • Prepares and maintains account plans, coordinates implementation, and reviews regularly
  • Monitors sales volume, analyzes customer potential, and assists in sales forecasting
  • Coordinates pricing activities and bid proposals, develops new product offerings, and reviews customer complaints
  • Attends trade shows, develops strategic plans, and represents the voice of the customer within Sonoco
  • Facilitates multifunctional collaboration and management of a strategic customer
We'd love to hear from you if:
  • Minimum 4-year college degree
  • 10 years industry experience and 5 years commercial selling/marketing experience
  • 2+ years of large account management experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Compensation:
An annual base salary range of $93,800 to $112,560 with additional bonuses based on business and individual goal achievement. Sonoco offers competitive pay, benefits, and a comprehensive total rewards package.Benefits:
