About the Role

As our practice continues to grow, The Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director to join our Technology and Operations Credit Advisory team. This role is essential in managing project execution and fostering growth within our organization.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing The Ladders' Credit capabilities, contributing to the development of expertise, client delivery capacity, and business growth initiatives. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in leading consulting and technology delivery projects, particularly within the Credit domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consulting projects in the Credit sector, ensuring excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and enhance The Ladders' Credit capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, influencing key stakeholders at various levels.
  • Employ storytelling techniques and industry insights to enhance credibility and provoke meaningful discussions.
  • Provide expert knowledge on credit-related products and operational intricacies.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, with a focus on the Credit sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven success in leading consulting and technology delivery projects.
