Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Coordinator to join our Power Distribution Engineering team in Tampa, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will assist Managers, Directors, Supervisors, and staff with general administration and coordination to ensure goals are achieved and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general day-to-day operations, including project tracking, scheduling, and document control.
  • Prepare various documents and materials, such as proposals, presentations, project deliverables, and invoices.
  • Support Project Management staff in preparing monthly progress reports and tracking status of work plans and deliverables.
  • Assist with project administration, including capturing, organizing, and managing project-related documents and communications.
  • Develop and maintain a high degree of external and internal customer service through clear and timely communication and project reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks and logistical preparation for storm restoration response.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in project tracking, scheduling, and document control.
  • High School graduate or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficient use and knowledge of computers and appropriate software applications, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with NJUNS software, QGIS software, and Excel is a plus.

Compensation

Salary range: $28.00 per hour. Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program, contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators.
