Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the effective and profitable operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with product purchasing, ordering, receiving, and distribution control
  • Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas
  • Fulfill all event expectations, including requisitioning, post-event breakdown, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation, and maintenance
  • Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event
  • Ensure proper transfer process of product between locations, including follow-up documentation
  • Assist in performing routine maintenance, including concession and utility equipment cleaning and maintenance
  • Evaluate warehouse employee performance and maintain employee records
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of foodservice/hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus
  • Food service certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests
  • Ability to make sound business/operations decisions quickly and under pressure
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
Working Conditions

Exposed to weather and non-weather-related cold temperatures, areas with low levels of CO exposure, wet and slippery floors, extreme hot surfaces, pinch points and tight working spaces, and high noise levels.
