About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our Selling Partner Experience Science team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing applications that improve the Amazon Seller Experience and scale for the explosive growth of Sellers on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable frameworks for the improvement of the Seller Experience, working collaboratively across Amazon development teams to integrate their services with our applications and platform.

Design and develop software solutions that directly impact cost, selection, and the customer experience for both internal and external customers.

Collaborate with a diverse group of technologies and applications, including Java, C++, Perl, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, Ruby, Linux, and other development platforms unique to Amazon.

What You'll Need

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.

2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.

Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
