Position Overview
The Club Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the Director of Food & Beverage to manage our operations team effectively. This position is crucial in maintaining exceptional standards for guest experiences, safety protocols, and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, product offerings, and pricing structures.
  • Ensure all concession areas are well-presented and stocked with merchandise.
  • Adhere to and enforce all security, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Develop operational plans to guarantee optimal staffing levels and product availability for events.
  • Implement and follow a preventative maintenance schedule as directed by the Director of Concessions.
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Maintain high-quality standards consistently throughout operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Solicit and utilize feedback from clients and guests to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve any guest service issues that arise within the department.
  • Execute menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations.
  • Meet daily sales targets and manage assigned cost objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Conduct accurate opening and closing inventory checks.
  • Complete daily reporting requirements promptly.
  • Ensure all departmental reports are finalized and compiled at month-end.
  • Uphold company guidelines as per the training manual and employee handbook.
  • Forecast and schedule team members to align with operational demands.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Guarantee that all operational areas are fully stocked and ready for service.
  • Provide training on the current POS system and concession equipment.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to maintain open communication between management and staff.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the hospitality or retail sector.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy and understanding of financial principles.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
