Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the management team with all operational aspects of the retail outlet.
- Train and oversee various functions including point of sale, inventory management, and customer engagement.
- Encourage the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Mentor, guide, and motivate team members.
- Support inventory management, cash reconciliation, and documentation.
- Prepare for state regulatory inspections and compliance audits.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or keyholder role.

- Must be at least 21 years old.

- Capability to work flexible shifts and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
