Overview:
The Chicago Red Stars are seeking a Ticket Operations Supervisor to manage all facets of ticketing services, including revenue oversight and inventory management. This role is essential in facilitating communication between the Ticket Sales and Service Teams, stadium personnel, and all Chicago Red Stars associates, ensuring top-tier customer service for both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for supervising Matchday part-time staff and temporary employees to guarantee outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute pricing structures, ticket plans, promotional codes, and other ProVenue programming requirements.
  • Handle group and plan orders, including the printing and payment processing of all ticket requests from the front office.
  • Oversee the integration of new third-party ticketing platforms and enhance new sales initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all Client Support personnel.
  • Collaborate with Client Support on software management, troubleshooting, event setup, marketing, and financial reporting.
  • Assist in the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of events.
  • Act as a resource for all departments regarding ticketing inquiries.
  • Provide timely reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and match day basis as directed by the Department Head, Club President, and NWSL League Office.
  • Work alongside the Director of Accounting and Finance to monitor and generate ticket revenue reports for all events.
  • Manage and fulfill all requests for complimentary tickets.
  • Analyze ticket demand and offer pricing recommendations to the department head.
  • Schedule and oversee all part-time ticket union staff in the box office during match days.
  • Promote a culture of exceptional customer service.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all elevated customer service issues on match days.
  • Assist with Will Call responsibilities and ticket troubleshooting during match days.
  • Manage ticketing equipment, including scanners, printers, and box office laptops.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in ticket operations is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with high-level, time-sensitive reporting.
  • Ability to interact respectfully and communicate professionally with all public and departmental personnel via phone, written correspondence, and in person.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Capable of managing daily and weekly work schedules without constant oversight.
  • Experience handling cash and balancing deposits is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
