We are seeking a highly skilled Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Gainwell Technologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth enrollment and credentialing of healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Research and resolve complex customer inquiries, escalating issues as necessary.
- Process and update account information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Interface with team personnel, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or a similar role within the healthcare or medical insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of medical insurance processes, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance carriers.
- Advanced proficiency in healthcare management software, databases, and general office applications.
- Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in managing complex documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
We offer a competitive salary range of $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) employer match, and educational assistance.
