About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Provider Enrollment Site Survey Analyst to join our team at Gainwell Technologies LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of healthcare providers with enrollment requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site surveys to assess compliance with enrollment requirements based on CMS/State/Federal regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all site survey findings.
  • Review provider/facility operations to evaluate and document the physical infrastructure, equipment, and resources available at each site.
  • Handle customer interactions over the phone and in person.
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare providers and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Analyze data to determine if requirement(s) are pass/fail.
  • Make sound and timely decisions on provider suitability for basic enrollment processes.
  • Communicate state and federal requirements to providers and prepare documentation of the policies in accordance with specified terms.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on progress and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in public healthcare, healthcare administration, or a business-related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent of a minimum of 2-3 years of combined education and relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience working with insurance practices.
  • Experience working with organizational insurance procedures and policies.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
What We Offer
  • Hybrid position in the Baton Rouge, LA region.
  • This position requires 40% or more travel, some overnight and weekend travel will be required.

The pay range for this position is $33, $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
