Provider Enrollment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Gainwell Technologies LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth enrollment of healthcare providers into our network.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the enrollment process for healthcare providers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex enrollment issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to ensure seamless enrollment and onboarding processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring our processes remain compliant and efficient.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or a similar role within the healthcare or medical insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of medical insurance processes, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance carriers.
- Advanced proficiency in healthcare management software, databases, and general office applications.
- Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in managing complex documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- A competitive salary range of $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, depending on location and experience.
