Benefits Enrollment Specialist

Overview:
Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Benefits Enrollment Specialist to join our Client Services Team. As a Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in educating and enrolling employees in their company benefit plans, assisting employees in filing supplemental insurance claims, and providing benefits administration support to our policyholders and accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Benefits Enrollment: Assist employees in enrolling in their company benefit plans, ensuring accurate and timely enrollment.
- Claims Support: Provide support to employees filing supplemental insurance claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient claims process.
- Benefits Administration: Provide benefits administration support to our policyholders and accounts, ensuring accurate and timely benefits administration.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders and accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Employee Benefits Experience: 1-2 years of experience in employee benefits, with a focus on benefits enrollment and administration.
- Life & Health Insurance License: Must have a valid Life & Health Insurance license.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, policyholders, and accounts.
