TDEC is seeking a dedicated Knowledge Base Content Manager with extensive expertise in single-family FHA mortgage operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in documenting mortgage policies, procedures, and training materials.

Work Arrangement: Remote
Time Zone Requirement: Must be able to operate in Eastern Standard Time

Our organization collaborates with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), specifically the Office of Single-Family Housing, to foster strong, sustainable, and inclusive communities while providing quality affordable housing options.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your FHA knowledge and skills. As the Knowledge Base Content Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of content on HUD's "FHA Knowledge Base Portal," a crucial resource for the mortgage sector and the public regarding housing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update knowledge base content for HUD and FHA programs to align with current policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and validate all published knowledge base articles for precision, functionality, and formatting on a quarterly basis.
  • Adhere to deadlines for content updates based on HUD directives and FHA policy modifications, following established operating procedures.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to the Knowledge Base Content team, ensuring performance standards are met.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of direct experience with Single Family FHA origination policies and procedures.
  • Five years of quality assurance or quality control experience in a call center, mortgage industry, or a comparable field.
  • Three to five years of experience in the residential mortgage finance sector.
  • Three to five years of management experience in a call center, mortgage industry, or similar environment.
