Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Bath Planet. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and growing a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives, generating revenue and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team to ensure optimal lead conversion.
  • Run a minimum of 5 leads per week with other reps as a training tool to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist reps in homes by taking calls and assisting in the closing process to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Regularly review performance results and take necessary actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly expectations, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Effectively complete cancel-save appointments to minimize lost sales opportunities.
  • Work with the rehash manager to get back in homes to close sales, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Prepare and lead ongoing training meetings to educate and motivate the sales team, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Set expectations for the sales team based on our objectives, ensuring alignment and focus on key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Prefer at least 2 years of Sales Management Experience, with a strong understanding of sales team dynamics and leadership.
  • Strong leadership, business development, organization, team building and management, communication (verbal, written and presentation), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong technical skills, including iPad presentation and electronic contracts, with a strong understanding of sales technology and tools.

Compensation: Dependent upon experience, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
