Estamos en búsqueda de un Lead Sales Executive para Charter Communications que se una a nuestro equipo de ventas. En este rol, serás responsable de impulsar las iniciativas de ventas y desarrollo comercial, enfocándote en ejecutivos senior de negocios, tecnología y adquisiciones en Charter Communications. El candidato ideal contará con una sólida trayectoria en ventas de software empresarial, soluciones en la nube o hardware, además de poseer una red de contactos establecida en los roles relevantes.

Este rol clave reportará al Director Comercial de pureIntegration.

Esta posición es remota y será a tiempo completo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas estratégicos para alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos y expandir nuestra base de clientes dentro de Charter Communications.
  • Identificar y conectar con ejecutivos senior de negocios, tecnología y adquisiciones, aprovechando relaciones existentes y creando nuevas oportunidades.
  • Presentar y demostrar nuestras soluciones de consultoría IT, desarrollo de software, gestión de datos empresariales, ingeniería de redes y servicios de personal experto a clientes potenciales.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos para asegurar la entrega de servicios y soluciones de alta calidad que cumplan con las necesidades y expectativas del cliente.
  • Negociar contratos y cerrar acuerdos, asegurando términos mutuamente beneficiosos para el cliente y la empresa.
  • Mantener un profundo entendimiento de las tendencias de la industria, el panorama competitivo y las necesidades del cliente para proporcionar información estratégica y recomendaciones.
  • Actuar como un asesor de confianza para los clientes, construyendo relaciones a largo plazo y asegurando altos niveles de satisfacción y retención del cliente.
  • Informar sobre actividades de ventas, estado del pipeline y progreso hacia los objetivos a la alta dirección.

Calificaciones:

  • 10-15 años de experiencia en ventas en MSO como ejecutivo de cuentas con contactos actuales y relevantes en Charter Communications.
  • Historial comprobado de éxito en ventas de software empresarial, soluciones en la nube o hardware, con un enfoque en la venta a ejecutivos senior.
  • Red existente de ejecutivos senior de negocios, tecnología y adquisiciones dentro de Charter Communications o organizaciones similares.
  • Fuerte comprensión de consultoría IT, desarrollo de software, gestión de datos empresariales, ingeniería de redes y servicios de personal experto.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y negociación.
  • Capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones con partes interesadas y tomadores de decisiones clave.
  • Autónomo, orientado a objetivos y capaz de trabajar de manera independiente como parte de un equipo.
  • Disposición para viajar según sea necesario para reunirse con clientes y prospectos.
  • Título universitario en negocios, tecnología o un campo relacionado es preferido.
