The successful candidate will leverage their skills in lead generation, business development, and revenue growth to drive new opportunities across various industries, including Manufacturing, Private Equity, Oil & Gas, Energy, Aerospace, Accommodation, and more.
Position Overview:
The Strategic Business Growth Manager will be responsible for targeting, initiating, and developing relationships with qualified new prospects using our expertly defined lead generation methodology.
This involves researching and analyzing the current economic landscape of assigned territories, interfacing directly with top-tier CEO prospects, and creating a highly intelligent, focused, fact-based strategy to convert each prospect into a client.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales as a lead generator, utilizing a strategic outbound calling approach, and possess a strong desire for feedback, maturity beyond their years, unwavering self-discipline, and a commitment to mission and service to executives at the highest order.
Career Path and Compensation:
Successful performance at this level will lead to accelerated opportunities and avenues along the career path in both Business Development and Management Consulting, with both paths leading to Managing Partner.
The expected on-target earnings are estimated at $150,000 - $250,000 in the first two years, $250,000 - $325,000 in years three to four, and $500,000 - unlimited in year five and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and work in tandem with a Managing Partner to move prospective clients through the business development cycle and create a consistent client experience.
- Deeply embed yourself in understanding and monitoring the economic landscape of assigned territories, becoming an industry-agnostic expert in current business happenings.
- Conduct in-depth research and develop tailored strategies to convert prospects into clients.
- Support due-diligence analytics and navigate account expansion opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity of your territory to ensure CRM database accuracy.
- Meet daily call expectations (100 per day) and routine statistic requirements.
