As an Enrollment Coach, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective students as they explore educational opportunities with our partner institutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Being the initial point of contact for individuals considering enrollment.
  • Conducting outreach through calls, texts, and emails to engage potential students in accordance with the communication strategy.
  • Utilizing various communication channels, including phone, email, and text messaging, to discuss educational pathways and encourage enrollment.
  • Engaging in meaningful conversations to identify student needs, highlight the advantages of our partner schools, and facilitate the enrollment process.
  • Providing mentorship to students from application submission through their initial week of classes.
  • Meeting established performance metrics and expectations.
  • Managing and updating the prospective student database, including application documents and follow-up records.
  • Guiding prospective students through the application and enrollment journey.
  • Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of the college's offerings, services, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintaining connections with community organizations and high schools as necessary.
  • Facilitating the admissions process, including entrance exams, applications, financial aid, and orientation.
  • Ensuring adherence to all policies set forth by Collegis and partner institutions.
  • Complying with information security protocols and reporting any security concerns.
  • Mitigating risks related to data security by maintaining proper security measures.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • A minimum of two years in consultative sales, recruitment, or customer service roles.
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse range of prospective students.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and influencing outcomes.
  • A genuine passion for education.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
