Role Overview: As an Enrollment Coach, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective students in understanding their educational options and guiding them through the enrollment process. Your expertise will help individuals make informed decisions about their future by enrolling in programs offered by our partner institutions.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective students exploring enrollment opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, texts, and emails to engage with prospective students as outlined in the communication strategy.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and text messaging, to discuss educational pathways and facilitate enrollment.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to identify prospective students' needs, highlight the advantages of attending a Collegis partner institution, and assist with enrollment.
  • Guide students from the application stage through their first week of classes.
  • Achieve all assigned performance metrics and expectations.
  • Maintain and update the computerized database of prospective students, ensuring all application documents and follow-up actions are accurately recorded.
  • Assist prospective students in navigating the application and enrollment processes.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the programs, services, and competitive landscape of partner colleges.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and high school organizations to support student outreach.
  • Facilitate the admissions process, including entrance exams, applications, financial aid, and orientation.
  • Ensure compliance with all Collegis and partner institution policies at all times.
  • Adhere to information security protocols and report any security concerns promptly.
  • Mitigate risks related to data security by maintaining robust security practices.

Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability to accommodate varying schedules.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in consultative sales, recruitment, or customer service.
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse range of prospective students at different life stages.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals, influencing decisions, and meeting deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping others.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
