Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the design and execution of completion programs
  • Delivering ongoing technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Thriving in a dynamic setting with a focus on efficiency and timely results
  • Estimating costs and selecting appropriate materials and services
  • Guiding and mentoring junior engineers in completions
  • Facilitating meetings to create thorough completion designs
  • Applying industry best practices
  • Traveling occasionally to various operational sites
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
  • Professional Engineer designation in Alberta is preferred
  • Experience with both conventional and unconventional completion techniques
  • Familiarity with hydraulic fracturing operations is advantageous
  • Knowledge of directional drilling and casing is essential
