Job Title: Lead Control Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Control Systems Engineer to join our team at G.A.S. Global. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with and carrying out all site policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with and carry out all site policies and procedures, including health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
  • Respond to occasional unscheduled callouts and complete required training and certifications.
  • Participate in and lead causal investigations and contribute to Site Personal Safety and Process Safety initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance staff to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in control systems design and specifications, control narratives, cause and effect charts, wiring and loop diagrams.
  • Experience with PHA-HAZOP and project work processes, including Management of Change.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Knowledge of instrument and electrical documentation and construction installations.
  • BS Engineering or Computer Science degree required, with Electrical or Chemical preferred.

  • Pre-employment background checks, including drug screening, medical evaluation, and reference checks.
