Developmental Disability Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Developmental Disability Aide to join our team in Santa Barbara County. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role:
As a Developmental Disability Aide, you will work closely with children and families to promote independence, socialization, and life skills. You will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting data collection, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
High school Diploma or equivalentOfficial TranscriptsAbility to repeatedly lift 35 lbs.Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing.Benefits:
