Department Overview

The People Operations team at Brilliant Corners is responsible for managing the organization's most valuable asset - its workforce. This department encompasses essential functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development.

Role Summary

The HR Strategic Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the organization and its leadership team. Collaborating closely with the HR Manager, you will contribute to the development of talent strategies and HR initiatives. This position involves fostering internal partnerships, leading projects to achieve strategic goals, and nurturing relationships across all organizational levels.
