We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business results through strategic HR initiatives and programs.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR expertise and support to our business leaders, driving HR initiatives and programs that align with our business objectives, and developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance our company culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partner
    • Provide HR expertise and support to business leaders, including coaching, training, and development
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance company culture and employee engagement
    • Drive HR initiatives and programs that support business results, including talent development, succession planning, and employee retention
  • Talent Development
    • Develop and implement talent development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Provide coaching and training to employees to support their career development and growth
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent development needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify employee engagement needs and develop strategies to address them
    • Provide HR support to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HR roles, including HR business partnering, talent development, and employee engagement
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven ability to drive business results through strategic HR initiatives and programs
    • Strong HR business partnering skills, including coaching, training, and development
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
    • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform HR strategies and initiatives

    • Salary range: $72,100 - $115,000
