Meta is seeking a seasoned Client Partner to join our Global Business Group. As a strategic relationship owner, you will build trust with top advertisers by mastering our platform and understanding their business needs. Your expertise will drive meaningful revenue growth, develop executive client influence, and lead long-term vision for client success on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive step-change investment growth
  • Cultivate strong executive relationships and horizontal relationships beyond core marketing teams
  • Identify and lead new business growth opportunities
  • Manage complex workstreams end-to-end, remaining flexible in a dynamic account environment
  • Serve as the escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Ability to travel as needed
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy and consulting roles
  • 3+ years of experience as a proven advisor influencing senior-level executives and clients
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in storytelling through data visualization and developing insight-backed hypotheses
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and data science
  • Business and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of client business, industry, competition, company priorities, and marketing budget
  • Platform mastery, with experience gaining expertise in our product suite and combining it with an understanding of the client's product/systems
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and rally teams and cross-functional partners around common goals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Meta's full suite of advertising solutions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams to improve product features and functionalities
