Job Description

Job Title: Director, HR

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team at syncreon. As a Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives
  • Lead the HR team in providing HR services to employees, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide HR metrics and analytics to support business decision-making

Requirements:

  • BA in Human Resources or related field required; MA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to sites across the US
