Job Summary

Revolt Media & TV is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Management: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations to enhance HR strategies and processes.
  • Employee Relations: Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and separations.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee the administration of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and communicate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings.
  • HRIS Systems: Implement and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and proper utilization across the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruiters to support talent acquisition efforts, including job description development, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • HR Policy and Procedure: Advise managers and employees on interpreting and adhering to HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to develop employee and managerial capabilities.
  • Employee Relations Issues: Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 - 7 years of HR generalist or business partner experience, preferably in the media and digital space.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of HR systems, strong understanding of benefits administration, experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition processes, proficient in analyzing HR data and metrics, up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Personal Qualities: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
