Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Collabera. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in office administration, supporting an executive.
  • Effective problem-solving and research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, good judgment, and flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
