**Job Summary**
JEVS Human Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders
- Schedule meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between our office and external partners and agencies
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the Director and other staff members
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
