**Job Summary**

JEVS Human Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in training and onboarding new staff members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between our office and external partners and agencies
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the Director and other staff members

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
