About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at National Guard Employment Network. This is a full-time, hybrid role that requires strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in manual or electronic systems, utilizing evolving technologies.
  • Utilize spreadsheet or database software to organize data and produce reports, graphs, and presentations.
  • Gather and compile information as needed and requested related to business needs.
  • Manage expense reimbursements and payments using corporate systems and in compliance with corporate policies.
  • Take minutes of meetings, organize, summarize, and issue reports in professional form.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and implementation of special projects and initiatives as requested.
  • Manage email distribution lists and support business-level communications through email distributions.
Requirements
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of administrative and/or project management experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365, HR systems, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with virtual global teams.
  • Professional and customer service-oriented demeanor.
  • Demonstrated initiative and outstanding time management.
  • Good problem-solving/analytical skills and planning/organizing skills required.
  • Familiarity with expense management systems, such as Concur or S2P system.
  • Confidentiality is a must.
